Guide to Using the CVASS Appointment System
This guide will walk you through the process of setting an appointment and checking its status using the CAMPUS Visitors Appointment Scheduling System (CVASS).
Step 1: Request an Appointment
The first step is to submit your appointment request using the online form.
- Navigate to the CVASS Appointment Scheduling System form using the following link: https://forms.gle/wQErAdK6cJj3eM8j9
- Carefully fill out all the required fields on the form with your information and details about the purpose and preferred time of your visit.
- Submit the completed form.
Step 2: Check Your Appointment Status
After submitting your request, you will need to check your email and the provided status links for updates on its approval.
For Approved Appointments:
- You will receive a notification via email confirming that your appointment has been approved.
- Once approved, proceed to the next set of instructions by checking this link: Click here to Check Appointment Status (APPROVED)
For Disapproved Appointments:
- You will also be notified via email if your appointment is disapproved.
- The email will provide the details of the disapproval (the reason your request wasn’t accepted) or what is needed to complete the review.
