Validation of Certificate of Registration (COR) | 2nd Semester, AY 2025–2026

The validation process for your 2nd Semester COR is now officially ongoing. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transaction.


📋 REQUIREMENTS & PROCEDURE

  • What to Bring: A CLEAR PRINTED COPY of your COR.
  • Where to Go: Office of the Campus Registrar, Room 210.
  • Who to Look For: Ma’am Emy Alinsod or Ms. Klar Bragais.
  • The Logbook: Don’t forget! All students must sign the Control Sheet provided per section.

⏰ SCHEDULE

  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Deadline: March 20, 2026

💡 IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • Flexibility: You may process your validation individually or as a whole section—whichever works best for you!
  • The “One-Shot” Rule: Please be advised that you can only request validation ONCE. Double-check your copy before heading up!
