This is a reminder to submit your documentary requirements for validation. Please see the list of approved grantees of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) with qualified applicants [attached file, see below].
Deadline for submission: October 21, 2025 | 5:00 PM
Required Documents:
- 1st semester AY 2025-2026 Certificate of Registration / Certificate of Enrollment (pdf copy)
- Additional Requirement (if applicable): Photocopy of PWD-ID
