- Action First: Clearly state the Action Step. Instead of “Registration is open,” try “Register here: [Link].”
- Double-Check: Please verify all dates, times, and links. We will post exactly what you submit!
2. Photo & Graphic Standards
- Quality Matters: Avoid blurry or pixelated images. Aim for high-resolution files (PNG or JPG).
- Aspect Ratio: * Square (1:1): Best for Facebook/Instagram feeds.
- Vertical (9:16): Best for Stories.
- Text on Images: Keep text on posters minimal. If there is too much text on the image, the platform may limit how many people see it. Put the details in the caption instead!
