
Guidelines for Our Shared Academic Space
Hello everyone,
To ensure a productive and secure environment for all, we have established the following professional guidelines for our classroom. Your cooperation is essential to maintaining the quality of our shared space.
- No Faculty, No Entry: Please do not enter the classroom without a faculty member present. This policy is in place for security and to ensure proper oversight of all activities and equipment.
- Respect for Facilities: We ask that you help us maintain a clean and orderly space. Please dispose of waste properly and refrain from marking or damaging any furniture or walls.
- Responsible Equipment Use: School equipment and technology should only be used with the express permission or guidance of a faculty member. Please also treat all furniture with care and return it to its designated place after use.
- Security Protocols: For the safety of our assets and community, please turn off all lights, fans, and other electrical devices when exiting the classroom. Additionally, ensure all doors and windows are securely closed.
- Collective Responsibility: The condition of this classroom is a shared responsibility. We expect all members of the community to help us preserve this space. Should you notice any damage, please report it to the administration immediately.
