Qualifications:
Must be a regular student (Courses/Subjects Enrolled per Semester must be prescribed by the Program Curriculum)
Must Have a Weighted Average of at Least 1.30 for both 1st and 2nd semesters and no grade lower than 2.00.
With Good Moral Character (No Derogatory Record on File)
Deadline of submission will be on July 31, 2025, 5:00 P.M.
