This is a reminder to submit your documentary requirements for validation. Please see the list of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) with qualified applicants [attached file, see below].

Deadline for submission: February 26, 2025

Required Documents:

• 1st semester AY 2024-2025 Certificate of Registration / Certificate of Enrollment (pdf copy)
• Additional Requirement (if applicable): Photocopy of PWD-ID
