Temporary ID Applicants: Important Notice
Based on prior records, the City of Santa Rosa CEAP and other scholarship agencies typically accept the Certification of No ID (for students without an ID due to campus technical issues).
However, if the CEAP or other scholarship agencies no longer accept this Certification as a valid document:
- You must provide an official request from the Santa Rosa CEAP or the other scholarship agencies.
- This request must explicitly state that they require a temporary ID in place of the Certification of No ID.
