PUP Santa Rosa Campus: Policy on Temporary ID Issuance
Temporary ID Issuance and Security
PUP Santa Rosa Campus Student Services has implemented strict controls over the application and approval process for temporary IDs to ensure compliance and security.
Any issued temporary ID will include a watermark and clearly state its limitations. These limitations are determined based on the specific documentary requirements of the external agency or institution.
Prior Acceptance of Documentation
Based on prior institutional records, scholarship agencies have typically accepted the Certification of No ID (issued to students whose permanent ID is pending due to campus technical issues) as valid identification.
Required Documentation for Temporary ID Replacement
However, should a scholarship agency no longer accept the Certification of No ID as a valid document, the following steps are mandatory to request a temporary ID:
- Official Request: The student must first obtain and submit an official request issued by the scholarship agency.
- Explicit Statement: This request must explicitly state that the agency requires a temporary ID to be submitted in place of the Certification of No ID.
