The Polytechnic University of the Philippines Santa Rosa Campus is now accepting submissions for the Academic Excellence Award for Academic Year 2023-2024.
Qualifications:
- Must be a regular student of PUP Santa Rosa (courses/subjects enrolled prescribed by the Curriculum).
- Must have a weighted average of at least 1.40 for both the 1st and 2nd semesters.
- Must have no grade lower than 2.00.
- Must have good moral character (No derogatory record on file).
How to apply:
- Submit a clear copy of your grades for the 1st and 2nd semesters through the Google Form below.

- The deadline for submission is August 24, 2024, 5:00 p.m.

The event date, time, and venue will be announced at a later date.
