Initially launched in July 2024, the system has evolved significantly to streamline the requesting process, moving from manual coordination to an automated electronic workflow. This evolution ensures that every post—whether for the blog-site or social media—undergoes a structured review for accuracy, professional branding, and administrative approval.
Today, the system serves as a bridge between campus offices and the community, upholding high standards for digital communication while providing transparency through a real-time Postings Approval Status board.
