Attention ALL APPROVED TDP-TES Grantees for SY 2021-2022(search your name here)to facilitate the release of your stipend for 2nd Semester 2021-2022, please accomplished the following liquidation requirements for 1st Semester 2021-2022 stipend:
1. Submit Photocopy of ID with three(3) blue signature specimen (if not yet submitted)
2. Please sign the LIQUIDATION – PAYROLL at Room 210 ONE-STOP STUDENT SERVICE on or before November 15, 2023.
