Attention All Incoming FRESHMEN for SY 2020-2021! Starting September 2, 2020, Request letter for SHS Form 137 is available at the REGISTRAR’S office (M-W-F 9:00 to 12noon only). If students are not allowed to go outside due to GCQ/MGCQ. parent/guardian is allowed, please present the ff:
- Authorization letter and ID of Student (if represented by parent/guardian);
- PUP PRE-REGISTRATION SLIP or CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION;
