Late Reporting/Correction of Entry
Case 1: Students with “not set”, accomplish completion form via “Late Reporting”
–Numeric to other numeric, Passing numeric grade to Failed/Dropped/Withdrawn, or
–Failed/Dropped/Withdrawn to Passing numeric grade
Requirements:
—-Completion Form (per student, signed), (download here)
—-Class record (signed by faculty)
—-Official Receipt
Case 2: Students with “P”, accomplish completion form via “Correction of Entry”
–Numeric to other numeric, Passing numeric grade to Failed/Dropped/Withdrawn, or
–Failed/Dropped/Withdrawn to Passing numeric grade
