📢 Client & Visitor Appointment Scheduling System (CVASS)

To ensure a smooth transaction when visiting the campus, please be guided on the correct online system to use based on your transaction type:

🏛️ 1. General Campus Visits & Office Transactions (CVASS) For all general visitors, alumni, and students transacting with campus offices (Cashier, Registrar, Admission, Admin Services, etc. — except Library Services):

• System: Client & Visitor Appointment Scheduling System (CVASS)
• Action: Click “Book Appointment” to schedule your visit, or “Check Appointment Status” to view your existing slot.

📚 2. Library Clearance & Application (For Graduating Students) For graduating students applying for or monitoring their library clearance and copyright status:

• System: Library Clearance & Copyright Application Monitoring System
• Action: Select “Book Appointment (Library)” to submit your request, or “Check Appointment Status (Library)” to track your approval.

💡 Note: Please make sure to book under the correct service portal prior to your visit to avoid delays.
