The PUP Philosophy

Objectives/Goals
- The PUP Santa Rosa aims to:
- Enhance linkages with the local government and NGO’s for the much-needed assistance and support in providing quality education;
- Establish professional standing and surpass the national passing rate both in board and non-board courses;
- Provide a quality of education that will develop knowledge, attitude, values and necessary skills;
- Develop opportunities that will enhance the potentials of the students to the optimum in order to lead a full, productive meaningful life, increase sense of responsibility and appreciate their role in the society.
